All donations made to InspireHer Global are considered voluntary and non-refundable.

As a social enterprise, donations are used immediately to support our programmes, which means we are generally unable to return funds once processed.
2. Incorrect or Duplicate Transactions
We will issue a refund if:

A donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate payment, wrong amount).

The donor’s card or account was charged fraudulently or without authorisation.

A technical/payment processing error occurred.
Refund requests must be submitted to InspireHer Global within 14 days of the donation date.
3. Refund Process
Refunds will only be made to the original payment method used.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider but typically take:

5–10 business days for a UK bank account, or

7–14 business days for an international bank account.
Refunds will be confirmed in writing once processed.
