Welcome to the InspireHer Global website. By using this site, registering as a member, making a donation, or engaging with our organisation online, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which sets out how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in line with the Zambia Data Protection Act, 2021 and the UK GDPR / Data Protection Act, 2018.
 

1. About Us

InspireHer Global is a registered social enterprise dedicated to empowering young women through education, personal development, and entrepreneurship.

 

2. Eligibility & Membership

  • Membership is open to young women aged 13–24 in UK and Zambia.

  • By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • Members under 18 must obtain parental or guardian consent.

  • InspireHer Global reserves the right to approve, suspend, or revoke membership if terms are breached or false information is provided.

     

3. Partnerships & Enquiries

  • Organisations or individuals interested in partnerships must provide accurate information when completing enquiry forms.

  • Any proposals, collaborations, or agreements are subject to review and confirmation by InspireHer Global.

     

4. Donations

  • Donations are processed securely through PCI DSS-compliant third-party providers (such as Stripe, PayPal, or equivalent).

  • InspireHer Global does not store or have access to your full card details.

  • All donation transactions are encrypted for your protection.

  • Donations are considered voluntary and non-refundable, except in cases of processing error.

     

5. Data Collection & Privacy

  • By submitting information (for membership, partnerships, enquiries, or donations), you consent to InspireHer Global collecting and processing your personal data.

  • All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Zambia Data Protection Act, 2021 and the UK GDPR / Data Protection Act, 2018.

  • We may share data with trusted service providers (e.g., payment processors, mailing services) strictly for operational purposes.

  • Cross-border data transfers will only occur where appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.

     

6. Website Use

  • You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to hack, spread malware, or disrupt services.

  • All website content (text, images, logos, materials) belongs to InspireHer Global unless otherwise stated and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

     

7. Limitation of Liability

  • InspireHer Global will make every effort to ensure this website is accurate and secure.

  • We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of this site, except where required by law.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits your legal rights under Zambian or UK law.

     

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Zambia.

  • If you are accessing this site from the United Kingdom, you may also be protected by UK consumer and data protection laws.

  • By ticking “I agree” when registering, donating, or submitting information, you create a binding agreement with InspireHer Global under these Terms.
