About Our Founder and CEO
Nothando Mpala is the visionary founder of InspireHer Global, a social enterprise dedicated to empowering young women in UK and Zambia through education, personal development, and business initiatives.
Her journey began with a deep passion for creating spaces where young women could connect, learn, and be inspired to dream beyond limitations. From hosting grassroots community events to building large-scale programmes, she has always believed in the power of opportunity and mentorship to transform lives.
For over 10 years, Nothando served as both an Advisory Member and Trustee for the Young Women’s Trust, while also contributing to other women-led organisations where she championed women’s voices, advised on youth-focused strategies, and influenced change at policy level. She is also an active member of the UN Women UK community, further strengthening her advocacy for women and girls globally.
Over the years, she has worked with leading global brands and organisations including Nike, Google, Coca- Cola, YouTube, and the Mayor of London’s Events Programmes where she honed her skills in project and events management. This wealth of experience, combined with her heart for philanthropy and youth empowerment, led to the creation of InspireHer Global, which now supports a growing community of over 165 young women.
As a proud Zambian and Zimbabwean woman, Nothando is committed to breaking barriers, amplifying voices, and ensuring that the next generation of women have the tools, confidence, and support to shape their futures.

Nokuthula Hatoongo
Advisory Panel Member
Nokuthula Hatoongo is an award-winning entrepreneur, writer, and speaker redefining how brands connect with diverse audiences. As the founder of Kintsugi Creative, a cultural marketing agency growing 30% faster than the industry average, she has delivered impactful campaigns for leading brands including McDonald’s, Morrisons, Stanley, and PrettyLittleThing.
Driven by a mission to repair what’s broken in multicultural marketing, Nokuthula leads with authenticity and inclusion, helping brands move beyond tokenism to create meaningful, culturally grounded storytelling. Her work has reshaped how Black and diverse communities are represented in media, fostering both trust and commercial success.
Recognised as Startup Business Woman of the Year 2025, Nokuthula also mentors Black marketers and is developing the UK’s largest Black British Insights & Data Hub to close representation gaps in marketing and policy.
Her commitment to inclusion and empowerment aligns seamlessly with InspireHer Global’s mission to uplift and inspire the next generation of female leaders.
Sipho Bayeto
Advisory Panel Member
Sipho Bayeto is an accomplished Learning and Development Leader, IT Training Specialist, and Author with over a decade of experience driving digital transformation and workforce capability across healthcare, corporate, and public sectors.
With a passion for empowering others through knowledge, Sipho has successfully led large-scale training programmes for renowned organisations including the NHS, Royal College of Psychiatrists, and McCarthy & Stone. Her strategic yet people-first approach allows her to design innovative learning solutions that inspire confidence, performance, and growth.
Beyond her professional achievements, Sipho is a dedicated advocate for inclusion, resilience, and personal development. As an author and mentor, she continues to champion lifelong learning and self-empowerment.
Her commitment to helping individuals unlock their full potential aligns seamlessly with InspireHer Global’s mission to support and empower young women to achieve their goals and become leaders in their communities.
Dami Edun
Advisory Panel Member
Dami is an accomplished professional and purpose-driven leader with a distinguished career advancing health equity and social justice. Her work spans national and international policy development, with a focus on dismantling systemic barriers facing disadvantaged populations.
Beginning her career in local and central government, Dami developed strategic partnerships and policies that improved access to health services for marginalised communities. She has since expanded her impact globally, working at the intersection of public health, international development, and philanthropy.
Her expertise in philanthropic engagement has secured multiple six-figure gifts for major humanitarian organisations and grassroots charities, funding programmes that improve health, education, and wellbeing.
Dami brings to the Advisory Panel a deep commitment to equity and a passion for empowering young women particularly from underrepresented communities to become the next generation of transformative leaders.
